Films Viewed (June 2013)

Portrait of Jason began the month off deliriously.

24 City took things more seriously.

Tristana was a lost classic.

Un Flic, out of sync with its times, felt a bit Jurassic.

This is the End made me laugh and laugh.

Frances Ha appealed to me and my “better half”.

Stories We Tell was a complex doc about a family.

Man of Steel sucked infinitely.

Star Trek: Into Darkness was good but not great.

Safety Last was a classic right out the gate.

Upstream Color was so good and so weird!

On Sundays, I usually trim my beard.

Total: 11 films (8 in theaters)

(Please note: Whenever possible, all titles are linked to their pages on the Netflix website. Also, this month, forgive me for not telling you where or how I saw the film. It would have messed up the rhyme scheme.)
